Lindsay M. Smith is a customer-success-focused leader with entrepreneurial, small business, and corporate experience. She has passion for partnering with customers to help exceed their goals and leading world class teams to do the same. Lindsay has worked across a variety of industries building and then scaling teams who are laser focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, retention and account expansion.
Most recently, Lindsay served as Regional Director for a national educational services company where she helped streamline internal processes and implement updated technologies to best serve customers. Prior to that role, she was Director of Client Services for a technology company in Scottsdale, AZ where she established a customer advisory board, developed onboarding and training strategies, serves as a liaison between customers and the development team, and consulted with customers throughout the client life cycle on a variety of topics.
Lindsay shares her customer success expertise broadly by guest blogging for Amity, a leading customer success software company. She received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and more recently became a certifies yoga instructor. When not working with customers or teaching yoga, you can find Lindsay traveling, paragliding, or volunteering in the sound booth at her church.
